CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy regulates the terms and conditions for the cancellation and refund of all digital products and services purchased through the website https://veldora.org, operated by Veldora Network (“Veldora.org”). Every user who makes a purchase on our site is deemed to have read and accepted this policy.

2. Legal Basis and Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 of the Republic of Turkey and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts protect consumer rights. However, Article 15, Paragraph 1, Clause (ğ) of the same regulation provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for certain products and services.

The relevant clause states: "Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts: ... ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

3. Our Refund Policy

All products sold via Veldora.org (in-game virtual items, abilities, ranks, etc.) are classified as "services performed instantly in the electronic environment" and "intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" within the scope of the aforementioned regulation.

Therefore:

The service is considered fulfilled the moment the purchase transaction is successfully completed and the product is delivered to the user's account.

Legally, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products of this nature.

All sales are final. It is not possible to cancel, return, or issue a refund for digital products purchased after a transaction has been successfully completed.

In the event that a user's account is suspended (banned) due to a violation of server rules, no refund claim can be made for the products purchased.

4. Exceptional Circumstances and Support

User satisfaction is important to us. You may contact us in the event of force majeure technical errors such as:

Failure to deliver the purchased product to the account due to a technical malfunction despite the payment being made.

Duplicate (multiple) payments taken for the same product due to a system error.

In such cases, please contact us at [email protected] with your payment receipt and user information so we can investigate the situation and find a solution. If the error is found to be caused by Veldora Network after the review, the necessary correction or refund will be processed by us.
